Our goal is a match that meets the child's needs through friendship with a male, adult mentor. That is why we take great care in screening potential Big Brothers. All prospective volunteers are carefully screened through a series of interviews, reference and police checks. We get to know the child and his family, carefully noting likes, dislikes, temperament, interests, age and personality. Then it is caseworker's job to decide which Big and Little make the best "match"...
